Acitrón Cocina Mexicana, located in lively Arlington center, combines the simplicity of authentic family recipes with fresh, high-quality ingredients to bring diners unparalleled, delectable Mexican cuisine in an innovative bistro style menu.With a focus on fusing authentic Mexican flavors and classic sauces with local produce, meats and seafood, we are committed to building each dish from scratch to create delicious, healthy fare for our customers.The bar boasts mouthwatering drinks such as margaritas, mojitos and classic tequila cocktails infused with fresh fruit.Our deserts are made in house and include flan, tres leches and warm chocolate tamales with a scoop of Mexican vanilla ice cream.

So here's how it went down. We had a reservation so no wait. But it took a while for the waiter to come around. When he did he took our drinks, which were so good. When we ordered it food came out in about 5 minutes. This is usually a good thing, but when your trying to just have a night it you don't even sip your drink before the food comes. It was all very good. My one caveat is that the whole eating experience is very very short. It's very good food but you're only eating at this place for like 45 minutes.

Really really good food! I would recommend the cervice as an appetizer to anyone that likes seafood. Great atmosphere, nice staff, and lots of options. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because it can be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Been here three times, and each time I'm impressed. Very delicious and authentic Mexican food, great service, and perfect ambience for either date night or dinner with friends.

We're big fans of Acitron! They catered a family member wedding rehearsal dinner and we're awesome. The atmosphere is lively and loud with AMAZING food!! Make a reservation online and check it out.

Excellent service! All of the staff are great, but Adriana is especially good! The salsa here is the best of the Mexican restaurants in the area. I often eat a lot of it with chips and take much of my entree home. I strongly recommend the cerviche. It's a great appetizer in the summer or winter, but it's particularly enjoyable in the summer. If the pozole soup is on the special menu, then definitely get it! It's a hearty and somewhat spicy soup. The elote (grilled corn on the cob) is superb! I like most of the main courses, but sometimes the salmon is dry and/or bland. I have not ordered it in a while. I'm not a big fan of their beans. Taco Tuesday is a great deal! The shrimp tacos are my favorites.
