This is a great business to have downtown. I used the old store for years, but the new store is wonderful. So glad I don't need to go to the big box stores anymore.

I was stuck downtown cincinnati with a car problem.  I knew what the problem was. I knew how to fix it, but i didn't have my tools. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They saved me a lot of time and money.   Thanks to Jeff for assisting me with my issue!

The lock on my 101 year old front door with beautiful old hardware was broken. Marty from Acme came to my home and quickly repaired with some new inside parts and an antique little lever that he had on hand, which matched perfectly. I definitely wanted to keep the old hardware, and I suspect that many other locksmiths would have said, tough luck, go get a new one. Marty did a great job, I'm 100% happy with Acme. Will definitely call them if I need locksmith work in the future.

Acme is located just a few blocks away from the Art Academy of Cincinnati, where I go to college. Over the last 3 and a half years of being a student, I have frequently stopped by Acme (sometimes multiple times a day) for any odds and ends, hardware, and paint that I might need for a project. The staff is ALWAYS very kind and helpful when I have questions, and are able to help me find what I need. I love the convenience of the downtown location!
