Needed 2 old doors at the firehouse to close on their own and be airtight. One of these doors was almost 80 years old. Everyone I dealt with was professional and very helpful. The experience was terrific from the quote to the completion. The technician was on time and worked hard to get everything done quickly and properly. We were very pleased and plan on using this company in the future.

Fast, affordable, friendly service! We have file cabinets that are 20+ years old with broken locks/missing keys and was on the verge of throwing them out and purchasing new. I contacted Josh and he had Mike out here within a very reasonable time. Mike was able to replace all of the locks saving us a lot of money. I will definitely contact them again in the future for both personal and business needs.

I first contacted Josh when looking for a locksmith to let my college aged sons into a garage that they had locked themselves out of.I was amazed that not only did they answer their phone , they were able to provide immediate service at a VERY reasonable price. Shortly afterwards, I decided to have all the locks on the home changed to Medeco locks to make the home more secure . My sons are in Cincinnati, and I am in Columbus; therefore, I had to rely on Josh to go to the home, take photos and provide an estimate. He sent a very detailed quote with lots of photos. He was also great at following up with me, and coordinating the installation with my sons. I am happy to give The Flying Locksmith a "five star" rating, and I will wholeheartedly recommend him to all of my relatives in Cincinnati! Thank you!

The Flying Locksmith handled the rekey to our new house beautifully. The very friendly technician arrived on time, quickly re-keyed three doors, and installed a deadbolt to another door. He cleaned up after himself and was very careful not to mar the newly painted doors. Very satisfied with the work and would use again!

My experience with Josh and The Flying Locksmiths was an excellent one. I live in an old house with old doors and locks. Josh worked with me for an extended amount of time, deciding the knob replacement that would be best for my situation. Knowing it would not be a big job, he still took time to make sure I would have the right equipment. He and Mike arrived when they said they would and completed the job perfectly. Both Josh and Mike were friendly, easy to work with and very professional. I will highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths to anyone who might need lock service.
