Great selection in all departments and not too cluttered with isle displays for the most part. In-store pharmacy is a welcome convenience and they offer flu shots, among others and are knowledgeable when it comes to OTC selections. Always friendly. There is a Bank branch inside the store and customer service for any issues, as well as, tobacco and lottery sales. I have no experience with those areas but it seems convenient enough. Traffic patterns can be a bit slow and tricky but my only complaint is speed bumps. Otherwise, I've been shopping ACME for years and am pleased with the store performance and offerings.

Nice grocery store! Big produce area. There's a pharmacy, an M&T bank branch. Good prices and you usually don't have to wait in long lines at checkout.

Acme's has always done good customer service sense I first walked into there store back in 2003. There service is excellent because I never have any trouble with the. There excellence to customer service is the reason I keep coming back.

Deli has excellent selection and Pat is always helpful. Shelves are stocked to perfection and if I can't find something one of Acmes employees Richard will locate the product. In the checkout line Diana and Jim are efficient and fast in moving customers along. I would give all 4 of these employees a 10 for making my shopping experience enjoyable.

The quality of the produce has really declined and the selection is poor. When I asked customer service for a price reduction on half-bad $4 (overpriced even for good quality fresh basil), she said only the produce manager could adjust the price and was gone for the day. So, I left and drove to Redner's down the street where they had the same exact product, none of it rotting and on sale for half the price. It's a shame their "fresh" food lacks quality. Despite it's convenient location, I try to avoid shopping at this Acme.
