As a Regional Sales Manager for many years and current owner of a sales driven business, I can confidently say that Larry Campbell is an asset to your company. He made the process seamless and comfortable. He followed through on all of his promises and kept all appointments on time. Personally and for my business we currently own 7 Chevrolet vehicles ranging from this recent purchase to a 1993 LT1 Corvette. This was our 4th purchase from Williams Chevrolet and I am confident will not be our last.

We have bought 3 of our most recent vehicles from Larry Campbell at Williams' Chevrolet. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, options, and services - and we never felt pressured by him about anything. He continues to keep in touch with us in between purchases to see if we need anything or if we have any questions. My husband and I have even joked that he is our 'adopted son.' I would recommend that anyone who needs a new vehicle to stop in and see Larry as your first step.

Service at Williams today addressed my major concerns, but the courtesy and professionalism that I've experienced in over 30 years of doing my auto business there was gone.  It felt more like being at the DMV or the returns and exchange line the day after Christmas.  My costly extended warranty expired 3 weeks ago and there was no grace period, despite reporting the problem within the warranty period.  I should have pushed harder to get a vacation day from my boss immediately instead of deferring my service appointment.  I felt the charge for updating the software for my fickle transmission was  unreasonable; my Buick dealer always checks for such things and updates them as a courtesy.  Bottom line, I got help with 3 of the 4 things I couldn't do myself (elected not to fix the 4th because of the cost) and eventually got on my way.  Williams used to be top-notch; today they were very average.
