I don't understand the bad review of that person that wrote a book. First of all, I had made a consultation on line, but when I went there, they had no record of it. But still squeezed me in. And Doctor Heil stayed late just to see me. The staff was great, the place was beautiful and clean. I'm going back to get a face lift and eye surgery soon. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Heil. Maybe the one that left the nasty novel should go to south America for their procedures. ..K. Huffman

Every time I need a prescription filled for dermatology, they never answer their phone. i have to call 30 times in a row to try to talk to a live person because it goes straight to voicemail. Very frustrating

Dr. Heil did a magnificent job of suturing a long laceration near my eyebrow following an accident. He was able to hide it in my eyebrow and the scar tissue is only visible if you know where to look. His physician assistant gave me good instructions to minimize scar tissue as it was healing. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking the time during the consultation. This was my first treatment and I am so pleased with my results of Botox and Juvéderm Volbella. Not painful and the results were actually what I wanted. Great job Doctor Heil and Zak.

I had a mole on my forehead since birth and it started to itch and change colors. Also had some scaly, itchy areas on my ear that were bothering me. Went to the dermatologist, Dr. Busquett @ ABMS to get the areas checked out. They recommended removal of the suspicious mole and treatment for the pre-cancerous lesions on my ears (AK confirmed from biopsy). Went to their surgery center in Wexford (goes by Premier Plastic Surgery) to have the mole removed by the plastic surgeon, Dr. Heil, since it was in the middle of my forehead. Great experience there - taken back quickly, prepped and had the procedure done under local numbing agent. Very happy with results as there is no evidence of a scar whatsoever. Regarding the AK, had a procedure with light therapy and some kind of drug that they painted on my face. The light activates the drug which kills the cancer cells. They were really good about informing me that the procedure would feel like a real bad sunburn. It did! I did a lot of research on the web before and everyone said the same thing - it's the way the drug works. They put a mini hose with cool air blowing on my face to ease the discomfort. After that they gave me the right creams and products to take care of my face while it healed. Overall, very pleased with the experience and would recommend to anyone who asked where to go.
