A lovely lady works there, a friend of mine, Raven. She does amazing work and has been able to do everything i've wanted to with my hair while also being amazing company and so friendly. Their staff is welcoming and warm and the salon is beautiful. It will be my go to salon now that I'm living in Pittsburgh!

The woman who answers the calls at their front desk has absolutely no salon knowledge, does not understand what services they offer or prices of those services. "I don't know." Was repeated over and over. Uneducated. Ditzy. Air headed. Pathetic excuse for a "spa".

This spa does not have Monday hours like Google says they do. I went there on a Thursday evening for a manicure and a pedicure and by Saturday morning my $35 Gel Manicure was already pulling up on two of my nails. By Monday morning ( when I tried to call ) at 10:00, every single nail was pulling up. Very disappointed that this manicure didn't even last a full two days and that my nails looked badly at my wedding shower. Will not return there.
