I've been using ACR Technology Solutions for 5 years and have been 100% satisfied from the beginning.  When my hard drive crashed they were able to retrieve everything - a life saver!  They constantly monitor my computer and ward off any problems.  My most recent problem was with three printers on my network.  Christian came to my house and found the culprit and got me back in business in a very short time.  I only wish I had called sooner and not wasted my time calling the printer companies.

All employees are knowledgeable, professional and friendly, something I've not found in other companies.

We have been using ACR for my company's computer support for over 10 years.  Most recently, we relocated our office and setup two remote users with connections back to our company data on our server.  As always, ACR came through on short notice and completed the project perfectly!  I would highly recommend ACR Technology Solutions to anyone needing IT support who wants it done right the first time every time.

These guys are the best.... when my hard drive crashed they provided a good two-step approach. #1 - they were able to restore my business files within a day and #2 they set me up with an online backup service, so the issue wouldn't happen again. Matt, Mike and the team at ACR really know what they are doing.  They are also very prompt at returning calls and providing detailed status updates and, as mention, solutions.  I recommend them to everyone who asks me "if I know somebody who fixes computer".

ACR Technology keeps our business running 24/7.  They manage our computers, network, smartphones, internet - all the technology that we depend on to do business.  I can't imagine trying to keep up with the technology now.  Matt and his team make it easy for us.  I recommend them highly!
