We’ve shopped at Albo several times and have been very happy. The Maple Shade location has a great selection and the staff are very helpful. They even had the ceiling mounted kitchen exhaust that several contractors told me could only be found online. I recently worked with Drew and found him to be very helpful. He did some research for me, found the right blower fan for the exhaust mentioned above and made sure I got the best price. I didn’t feel pressured and found him to be very helpful. I would shop here again and I would definitely make sure I work with Drew.

There needs to be a zero star rating on Yelp because that's what this horrible company deserves. First, we bought a Thermador on March 1st at Albo. We were told that the refrigerator was a leftover and they were selling the floor model to make room for the newer 2018 models coming in. So we purchase the refrigerator & freezer and it was delivered about two weeks after; the refrigerator has not worked properly since it was delivered. There has been repairman after repairman to "fix" the issues with the system. We've called Albo to resolve the many issues with the refrigerator with little help from the sales associate Andrew. It's gotten to the point were we've asked to speak to management and we have yet to speak to anyone beyond another sales associate in the Audubon store who was the rudest and least accommodating person I've ever encountered and this the overall tone for all there stores & employees. So today after the fourth repair man has come in we where told the refrigerator is over 12 years old which is news to us Aldo lead us on to believe that the system was a 2016. So not only are the salesmen rude they will lie to make a deal. If you want to avoid a headache go with a trustworthy store like Best Buy because Albo isn't it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about them, Buyer beware.

George at Albo Appliance in Maple Shade was extremely professional, knowledgeable in explaining all the options and programs available via in store and NJ State rebates. It helped us making our decision easy.. George was subject matter expert in every appliances in store knowledgeable about the product and pricing, Very please with his professionalism and follow-up with on every steps on the status of my purchase. Kudos!!!! to George.

Very happy with our purchase. Our office refrigerator died after 26+ years of great service. A co-worker recommended Albo Appliance, he said his aunt had purchased some appliances recently and was happy with their service. Went on-line, requested a quote for a refrigerator and ordered it the same day, it was delivered and installed; and the old refrigerator hauled away. It could not have been any smoother, thank you Albo for such great service. I would definitely recommend you any time! And a much better experience than those larger stores!!!

Just bought a washer.No pressure George was helpful and knowledgeable. This is my second purchase from Albo would definitely go back.
