What a great experience my wife and I had in Action Direct , The sales rep Ismael was excellent. Since the time we walk in the dealership he was above and beyond to us and showed us all the car and explained to us all the extras that the cars had. And finally my wife fell in love with the car that we decided and we explained our finacial situation and what we could afford and we got even a better price than what we thought we be paying what a guy He deserve all the credits !! He is the best . Please give him a raise. we are planning to buy another car !! Thanks Ismael .

These People are just the worst I have ever seen in car dealers. And believe me, I already had over 15 vehicles in my life and dealt with a few ones.
And yes I bough a car from them. So let me tell you that it has been discovering lie after lie once the car was out of the dealer. Of course once you pay and you are out thay don't even care or return your calls. They laugh at you!! DANGEROUS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Yhey will tray to cheat from the price to the finance to the car! THey cheat everywhere!!

Esta gente son lo peor que jamas he visto en vendedores de carros. Creanme que ya llevo mas de 15 coches comprados en mi vida y he visto unos cuantos. Si, les compre un coche y desde que lo saque ha sido mentira tras mentira y trampa tras trampa lo que he dscubierto en mi carro. En cuento pagas y te vas ya no les importa y se rien en tu cara!!! PELIGROSOS NO COMPREN AHI!!!!! Les engañaran desde el precio, la financiacion y el coche trampeado!!!

If there was a negative star rating, this place would receive it. I came across a great deal on a Scion tC from Action Direct. I spoke with a representative by the name of Karina VIA chat, and I made an appointment for the next day at 9:00AM to view the vehicle. During the conversation, I made it clear that I was only interested in the Scion they were offering. The next day, I drove from deep south Miami, all the way to Hialeah, only to be told that the car was sold. Karina's excuse was "We sell cars every day, and it's hard to keep track of them all."  I assumed a car dealership would be in control, and aware of the inventory they currently have. This type of organization does not seem to apply for this dealership.  Needless to say, I was extremely upset, and Karina did not even attempt to assist me with finding another tC. 

*Poor customer service
*No professionalism
*No communication
*Save yourself the drive.

That same day, I went to Kendall Toyota and bought a brand new Scion tC.  

I can only imagine how many other people have walked out upset, however, their loss is another dealership's gain.

Awful service. And Incredibly misleading. I went to this dealer after seeing some of the cars they had posted on Auto trader. I spoke with the owner Anjelo and specifically asked for some of the cars I was interested on and he said they had them, to come by. I go and NOTHING they had crap of cars. Some guy tried to sale me a 2003 honda for over 6000 and it was crashed by the side. He also said that the price was higher than on the internet and he had to check for banks and what they said. Save yourself some time and dont go here.
