WORSE COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH. I was recommended by my mom (whom purchased a car with them as well) since I didn't want to go through a bank. I paid $1500 DOWN PAYMENT for a vehicle that needed alot of work done. It didn't have a horn to beep, nor did the left turn signal work, nor did it have a light in the front, and it also had a very rusted out A/C and alternator belt. All those repairs were said to be covered by their mechanic WITH "NO PROBLEMS". I called the mechanics several times during the week to schedule to bring in the vehicle and they kept stalling me, telling me their "very busy". I finally went in about 3 weeks later and the mechanics tell me AFTER THEY'VE FIXED THE ISSUES, that Versalle doesn't cover those expenses. I gave them a call at the same time and it turns out that they didnt want to pay for the expenses. I could not leave the mechanic until I paid the expenses and I had to borrow money for it. A WEEK LATER THEY REPOD MY CAR because i was ONE WEEK behind on the car payment. They are scammers and I have already filed a BBB review as well as disputed the most recent charge from them. They steal money and hound you DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PAYMENT DUE DATE. I recommend that everyone stay away from this money hungry, thieving, scandalizing company.

My uncle was looking for a car dealer next to his house just in case he would have a problem with the car he could be close to the dealer. So I told him about Versalles Auto sales in Hialeah Florida. We stopped by the dealer and we bumped into the owner where we were greeted like family and right away felt right at home. We test drove a Honda that was within our price range and in less then 2 hours we were on are way home with a great deal and great car from a local Dealer in Hialeah Highly recommend...

Horryble experience don't trust them they said they were going to pay for the new tire pressure sensors and a cover for the back lights of the car they did nothing and when confronted they said they never said that get your warranty on paper to see what it covers or record them when they say it

My family and I have been buying cars from versalles for 12 years now. I recently purchased a 2006 toyota camry and like always the service was excellent and the car itself, good. I am very happy with my overall experience every time i go to versalles autos sales

terrible customer service they lie about everything sold me a broken car they hang up the phone when i call  their rude scammers stealling peoples money would not recommend anybody to buy from those scammers!!!
