They gave me an initial estimate of coming out the next day, but managed to fix my drain the same day. Onsite crew was friendly and quick! It me hours months ago doing it myself. Seeing that the sewage line here was constructed wrong... I’m sure I’ll be calling you guys again next year!

The technician who came to our house was very thorough.  He explained everything he was doing and made recommendations.  He left his work area clean, and even cleaned up the mess the plumber left behind.  Much appreciated!

We called them at 7:45 a.m. and they were there within the hour.  They are courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.  As I stated in a Facebook post "We will need to all Action Sewer to the Rescue."  So true!

UPDATE (04/16/17): (2 stars to 3 stars) 
After filling out my initial google review, I received a very nice personalized letter from one of the employees in charge at Action Sewer. He took time to personally address each and every concern in my review, and offer apologies for my experience. I was impressed with how quickly the letter arrived, and appreciated the time he took to send it to me. When I called to pay my bill, I spoke to this person directly and he was accommodating and apologetic. It seems as though my experience was abnormal, and he assured me it wouldn't happen again. 

INITIAL REVIEW: 
Although they arrived quickly to address a problem that two other companies could not - my experience with Action Sewer was not the best. The staff had a challenging time locating the endpoint for our sewer line. I asked numerous times what costs might be associated with their visit, as no one took time to walk me through the work they were doing. I could not get a straight response and kept being told, "The boss would have to decide that." I finally called the company directly and talked to a nice man over the phone who reassured me. However, I felt uncomfortable with their team making decisions without asking me. Every other sewer company I've dealt with asked permission to make decisions and explained all costs associated with each decision. Action Sewer did not. They also spoke negatively about two other sewer companies in town. However, one of those companies had done work for us in the past and did not leave our basement in the condition Action Sewer did. When the other sewer company removed tree roots from our sewer line, they carried all debris out in a garbage bag and disposed of the mess. With Action Sewer, debris was left in our basement and I was told I should be lucky to know it could have been much worse and they wished me luck with clean-up. 

All in all, the experience wasn't one I would want to repeat. Nice guys, but uncomfortable experience.

Malcolm was knowledgable, helpful, friendly and efficient. I was concerned that I had tree roots blocking my drain line, and he diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes as the kitchen sink causing the blockage, and had it solved very quickly. Thank you.
