Had my car towed by this company in April and my car fell off the flat bed and caused damage to my car. Was given a run around for 3 1/2 weeks on repairs. Was lied to the entire time. Car was orignally towed for a no start, none of there mechains could figure out what was wrong. When I finally got the car back it was the alternator. Horrible experience, horrible service. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Amazing service!  I got a flat tire and the weather was terrible. The tow truck driver was named Roni, she was friendly and definitely knew what she was doing. She was a gem and saved the day! Thanks so much Roni☺

In need of assistance on Hwy 401 on a Saturday, Action Towing's response was very professional, efficient and very reasonably priced.  We were very impressed with the quality of service provided and would not hesitate to call again.
