Four weeks before Christmas our 2013 Focus needs $1800 worth of work. 21 days later my husband & son are driving 60 miles from home during a snowstorm and the new part fails. They get a hotel room & tow the car back to Hamilton the next day. After asking for compensation, my husband is told "Stuff happens" & its not their fault the part failed. I guess it's OUR fault it failed!! Merry Christmas!!!
.RESPONSE: Greg Hritz-Although you have implied that the mechanical/electrical failure/malfunctions were unrelated, my husband said they both resulted in the exact same alarm on the dashboard, "loss of power steering". My husband & I have been driving for 35 yrs and have NEVER lost power steering once in any car we have owned- let alone twice in less then 30 days!!!!
RESPONSE: Well according to a recent lawsuit, the Ford Fusion and Ford Focus have defective electric power-assisted steering (EPAS) systems that cause drivers to lose power steering. So my guess is that if you have purchased one of these cars, chances are VERY good that you will have 'power steering concerns'. Thanks for standing by your cars, service and customers!

Excellent experience with John Senft. Took my sister to purchase an SUV he was a tremendous help walked her through every step. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles as well as being patient with her choosing. The transaction was so smooth with amazing customer service that I came and purchased a vehicle for my self 1 week later. He even continued to follow up and make sure we were pleased with our purchases.

The best service anywhere. Every member of the staff is courteous and are genuinely happy to help. They do great work and are extremely trustworthy. I have always had an excellent experience when coming here for auto repair. Extremely highly recommended.

Great experience, although a two visit process due to my salesman trying to assure I was getting exactly the vehicle I wanted. Thanks Kevin! I couldn't be happier. Great deal too!

See below paragraph. 3 star now 1 star. Terrible.

Service took car right in. Did fix trans issue under warranty. Creepy service guy waiting for us to walk out so to lock door behind us. Said nothing n i had no clue why he was standing there. No one told us gates were closed out to rt 33. Kinda weird. Why not smile and say goodnight, stay to right when leaving since we are closing. Instead weird feeling and driving around 2 cars to find a way out.

Trans issue back just over a year later. Charging 2 hours labor to tell me trans slip is a bad clutch. Their repair/replace clutch (in automatic transmission) ... voluntary recall 1x fix didn't last, that repair out of warranty. Bottom line junk transmission, poor factory support, dealer pads bill with NO CALL or mention it's gonna cost money.
