Having started a new business two years ago, I have not had time to go to the gym. I finally decided to get my act together and started training with Danielle at active fitness. In 45 minutes, Danielle is able to help me work out muscles I never even knew I had (and I'm a doctor)! At 44 years of age, I am well on my way to being in the best shape of my life. I definitely recommend Active Fitness in Oakland, it's well worth it.
