I have nothing but great things to say about Acton Real Estate. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. Working with Victor Normand, I had an overwhelmingly positive experience.

Vic knew exactly the right questions to ask of both myself and the property manager, and was patient with me as we navigated the lease process.

Most importantly, Vic was very responsive, and always had a suggestion or solution at the ready. He expertly made a chaotic process run as smoothly as possible. I would work with him and Acton Real Estate again in a heartbeat.

Couldn't be happier with our recent work with Victor and the team at Acton Real Estate.  They were able to quickly fill our small commercial spaces in Acton with great tenants.  Truly a community minded local brokerage team. Always pleasant and professional to work with.

My Husband and I lived in Boxboro for 3 years and when we moved our landlord used Acton Real Estate to list the apartment. That's fine, it was from the first call to the last text message that was just a bad experience for us. The agent hounded us from start to finish. The first call I got I was coming back from Vermont the weekend my husband moved. I didn't have spare key for her so I met her at the local hardware store to get keys made, I had to pay for her keys!! why should I have to pay for her set of keys. After that she continued to ask when we would be getting our cat out of the apartment. She said it would be hard to show with the cat still in the apartment. This was at the beginning of April. The apartment did not smell like cat. While on vacation a few weeks later to see my family in Maine she called again asking about the cat and when we would be leaving, she pretty much told us we were neglecting our cat. This was not the fact. We had friends stopping in to check in on her. Also, that same weekend she let people into our apartment without letting myself or my husband know. She was nothing but rude to us from day one!! We made sure to clean the apartment from top to bottom when we left. I have never felt more unwelcome to be in a place I called home 3 years. Thank you for blocking my review on yelp as well!!! Very Professional.
