The Mews at Concord is a brand new luxury apartment community in Concord, Massachusetts. A fresh concept in apartment living, The Mews combines extremely high-end finishes with a smorgasboard of resort-like amenities and services.

Residents of The Mews will enjoy being part of an environmentally responsible community in one of the region's finest rental homes. Modern floor plans, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinets, tile and wood floors, and enormous windows are some conforts inside the home. I do not live at the Mews but did arrive, on time, for a previously scheduled appointment with their leasing agent Janelle.  Upon arrival there was no one at the leasing office.  I waited thirty minutes and she finally returned with other clients so I patiently waited.  When she finally wrapped up with them she proceeded to turn her back to me and dig into her email.  I finally got up to introduce myself and explained I had an appointment for 40 minutes prior.  Without even looking up from her computer she said she had no knowledge of a 3 p.m appointment and I could wait until she was free or reschedule.  I showed her both my text and email confirmations and she then exclaimed that I was being rude and asked me to leave.  I asked how I could be rude when I had arrived on time for an appointment that she was unwilling to honor and I had taken the afternoon off from work.  She flat out refused to show me any units or discuss rental options.  If this is any indication of the management of this complex I feel blessed to have learned it in advance before signing a twelve month lease.  Rude, incompetent and unprofessional.  From the website these are very cute units that I would have liked to have seen but I have no interest in being a part of this community if Janelle was any indication of what they have to offer.

From reading all the reviews I don't think I'll be renting from them. The place looks great but it seems like staffing issues are a problem. They treat adults like children and disrespectful to people from what I'm reading. Sounds like they need a change in staffing too bad I won't be calling them people don't lie when they write reviews. I know I don't. But when you call a person out on it they say "oh that person" or some excuse so to make you move in.....most people are smart enough to figure that out

I work long hours would  like to put a request to have the pool open till at least 1 am for adults only . Been here since April 2014 great staff .

I've waited a while to write this review.  I have been in here for a few months now. Finally decided it was time.  From my initial contact I knew that the customer service was lacking.  However I did reach out to regional management and the issue was quickly rectified. I am giving the community a 3 star this property deserves a 5 star but the management is so bad it takes off 2++++.  The apartments are nice, great place for kids.  But the lack of "resident appreciation" is so bad here! too long to list but be prepared to never get an answer to anything, don't expect to be value as a tenant.
