As a real estate professional, having a platform like what Adair provides to my clients, is fantastic. In a market place where buyers have been forced to seek alternative methods of finding a home versus outrageous bidding wars, Adair is an extremely cost effective way to maximize ones investment assuming the consumer is willing to put in a little extra legwork to build their dream home. Our representative at their North Bend, WA office, Riley L., has been outstanding to work with. Always responsive within 24 hours (more often than not much quicker than that). The clients that I have referred to Adair have had nothing but positive things to say when I have personally asked for their feedback, and that's all that I could ever ask for -- happy clients.

They don't deserve even one star...Horrible customer service. They treated us like we were some inconvenience. I and my husband were planning on meeting with Adair Homes rep Jane (?); we took time off and then Jane called us and rescheduled for another day. We came and she didn't show up. Her assistant keep saying that Jane was on her. So we've been waiting for 20 minuted and left. Such a disappointment. NO one even called us to apologize. Well...I think it is a good thing that they showed they face before we signed any contract with them.
