I called them to talk about digging to pull utilities to some out buildings. We started off well, when Lee came out on time, as promised, to walk area. He was going out of town, and turned it over to his dad, Don. That's when things went south. Don was to come on Friday morning. He no showed, with no call. I called several times and no return call. I was having some clearing done, so the Friday date was very important so that he could access some stumps to move them, before we covered them up with branches from the new clearing. They have a 4 hour minimum. I called again, and finally caught him. He came up to move a small shed, which was the only thing that had to be moved, that was still accessible. He brought the equipment he said Lee said would suffice and it wasn't able to do the job. So he came back the next morning and did move the shed, but I had to pay the 4 hour minimum for 40 minutes worth of work and the shed wasn't even level. Plus, the frame went out of alignment. So $400 later, I have a shed that needed work to square it up and level it. I didn't call them back for the rest of the work and luckily found a fabulous contractor to complete my projects. I wanted to support a North Bend business, but I would not recommend this company.
