I recently bought a car from here. I had it less than a month and began having problems. I was supposed to get the GPS chip on the 18th of July.  It never came and I still don't have it. I had to leave town so my father has been handling the situation for me and hasn't been given an answer to what's going on with my car for over a week and a half. I paid for this car in full no loans and I haven't been able to use it. I'm not feeling confident about my purchase at all. I was trying to give the dealership time to resolve this issue,  but it's not looking good. I was really hoping that with how much money I spent on my Nissan Rouge that I'd have a reliable car. I'm thinking now I want a full refund

In response to the dealership:
Everything you are saying is a lie. If you called me where are the missed calls or messages?  I want to see your phone records to prove that. I have spent $1,000.00 fixing part of my car and the lovely nob on my radio that you said I could just replace and it would be an easy fix, was a lie!! The navigation doesn't work the whole thing needs to be pulled out and it's going to cost $2,500.00!!! I'm disabled I can't work and I needed a reliable car. I wish I'd never gone to your dealership.  I needed a reliable car and you sold me a lemon!!!

We loved our experience here!! All of the workers were very kind and laid back. We walked out with the vehicle I went there for with no problems at all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car :)

Recently purchased a vehicle from these guys with the help of Ralph. Great service provided by him as well as Jimmy. We worked out a good monthly payment with the bank at a good rate, resulting in us taking home the car that day. Had a couple problems after purchasing, but Ralph and the others helped us by replacing a tire and fixing our license plate mount. They were willing to help us every step of the way to assure that we were happy with our purchase. These guys are willing to help and deserve a good review because we are highly satisfied with our new vehicle!

Great experience!! I stopped in just to look around and left with a nice reasonably priced SUV. Omar, Ralph & Roger were cool. I will definitely buy here again and I've already recommended them to two coworkers.

Received excellent service from Ralph. He knew what finance company to run me threw so I didn't get 5 to 15 inquiries on my credit which is a major plus in this day and age.... also willing to negotiate the price and make me comfortable on my purchase overall if your looking for a car this is the place too look
