Thrilled from start to finish with our buying and trade in experience...Emily, our salesperson, could not have been more customer service friendly.  In fact, the whole staff in Crestwood was!  Found a car online Tuesday morning and by Tuesday evening it was mine.  The trade in value for my car was more than fair and they even treated me to a tank of gas!  I highly recommend Emily!!  And, even if the car is not at their location, they will go and get it for you and bring it there.  Find the most convenient location for you, and if the car is not at that lot, just let them know and it will be!!  Thank you again Emily and everyone in Crestwood.  We will recommend you to all our friends and family!

Agreed with a sales man on a price over the phone with detailed pictures of the car we were trading for another vehicle but in the end the price jumped over 3k from the verbal agreement  (talk is cheap, I guess ).  They didn't seem to even want to work with us. I guess my spouse and I are just out of touch on how things work but we've told numerous of family members what we just went through with this process and were scratching their head on the dealers actions. Honestly I do appreciate the salesman at least taking time to show us the car, even though they had no intention on working with us. The interest rate was sky high compared our current interest rate, I'm guessing partly because they offered us below blue book value of our car which is truly ridiculous in my humble opinion. My credit score isn't perfect but it's getting there. From here on I will only deal with real people a.k.a private sellers and not new/used car dealers.  Sorry for the 1 star, I'm sure you're a great company and you probably make and take great revenue from for your community. Thanks for opening my eyes about dealers. Before this happened, we had a another dealer that was going to trade us for the same model car but they we're probably pulling our legs. Glad we didn't waste our time driving even further to learn our lesson or maybe we would of got the deal done but the horror stories about car dealers might be too true to test again lol.

We have purchased several automobiles from Craig & Landreth and could not be more pleased with the ease of how smooth and professionally everything was handled. Have recommended them to many of our friends and associates.
They serviced my Jeep several times, both regular maintenance and warranty work and always at the time and costs projected. Their Service Department  guys are great!
Looking forward to my next automobile purchase with  the Craig and Landreth!

I wanted to personally thank the staff at Craig and Landreth Chrysler not only for the quality product I purchased, but the professional service I received. The sales staff took time to educate me on the models and options available to me and helped me understand what would best fit my needs. The no pressure buying experience was a change of pace. For once I felt like I was  treated like a customer. I have bought many new vehicles and this without a doubt was by far the best car buying experience i have had! Thanks again!
