This was my first time ever perusing a store such as Adam & Eve. My expectations were that I would be greeted halfheartedly by some disillusioned oversexed man or woman thinking, 'Oh, great, another perv,' met by an inventory of haphazard smut that looked like the greasy underbelly of a San Francisco Chinatown store basement. Granted, despite the array of comically phallic pinatas surrounding the checkout area, the store was incredibly well organized and I was actually able to find what I was looking for very easily. Much to my great pleasure, the staff was not only incredibly knowledgeable regarding any and every question I had, but the overall attitude towards customer service and salesmanship was a focus more on what is conducive to the customer's wants and needs as opposed to simply trying to up-sell at every opportunity. Immediately upon my entrance, I was greeted by Jessica, and I could not be happier that she was the one who helped me through the entire process. Her demeanor and business ethic was impeccably professional and, more importantly in such a potentially embarrassing situation, incredibly inviting and informative. I felt more like a valued customer than a paycheck, which was wonderful. All in all, I was buying a gift, so it really helped having someone's opinion and expertise in something I had absolutely no synonymous analogues for. I would like to emphasize that this was my personal experience at the Nampa store on Garrity, which, while sharing the "Adam & Eve" store name, is a franchise, and completely self-sufficient. As such, thefts are a very serious thing to their bottom line as a store (really loved the "Wall of Shame," though!). I put far more than simple hope that future shoppers of this store will have just as much pleasure shopping here as I did. Thank you so much!

I walked in and was greeted with “we need your purse” I went back out put my purse in my car and took my wallet in. there was no way I was going to trust these people with my wallet, phone and other personal belongings. I started looking and the employees started to following me around and when I looked at them I got “is there something we can help you with? ” I took my item to the counter. The girl made sure to take it out of the package without gloves and put her oily hands all over. I left in disgust and I will never return to this store filled with weird employees.

Adam and Eve is the best store in the are for all you sex needs the employees are friendly and secrete and when you walk in you do not feel an energy of judgement they really make you feel welcome will answer all your questions to the best of their abilities and they help you out with everything you need these people know what they're talking about and I would recommend them to anybody

The owners (Scott and Kara) are the worst people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting/working for. They are bigoted individuals. Way to stand up for your minority employees! I'm sure the lgbt community is going to love to hear what you've said about us and how you treat us. You might have signs posted saying you're an lgbt safe place but I know it was the store management that supported that, not the owners. Punishing your lgbt staff for being who they are is disgusting. I'm glad I quit when I did. All in all, the store level employees/management are phenomenal! If it didn't mean Scott and Kara would benefit from my money, I'd continue to shop there.
