I went in to this store last weekend to check my out the door price for a new plan from Sprint. I wanted to ensure the associates weren't going to pull my credit (again, just wanted a ballpark quote on a new plan) so I asked them specifically if they were going to do that. The associate responded telling me no, they were not going to pull my credit. I asked if they were sure, they said yes. I received a notification from Experian moments later stating I had a new hard inquiry on my account from Sprint, dropping my score immediately. The best part? They never responded to any of my emails or calls to get the issue resolved. The lying sales staff provides slimy and manipulative service. I won't ever switch, regardless of any savings they claim they offer me.

This is the best sprint store. They take the time to help you. Not like other store.

The sprint company has horrible customer service and talks over you. The store itself is nice until you sign the paperwork then doesn't give you the time of day. To sprint bogo does not mean what the rest of us think!
