My husband and I are new to town, we always use a CPA for our personal taxes over any of the H&R Block/Jackson Hewitt type places... I called Adam Hall's office to see if they were accepting new clients and get an idea of price range... The lady who answered the phone said someone must have referred you to us? I said no, we drove by and saw the sign.. She said, "Oh, so you're local?" Yes... Well, if you go to our website all the proces are on there but just a basic filing is $935, plus $100 reservation (I believe she said) fee.. I said ok, Thank you! She immediately responded by saying I feel we're probably out of your price range... SERIOUSLY?!?! While they are about $800 more than any CPA I've ever used in every other part of the country.. How dare you assume my financial situation and voice your opinion! I will not ever use this business or recommend this business to anyone!! Who wants to work with someone who thinks they know your financial status...

Thanks Adam, Andy, and staff for taking much of the worry out of our monthly accounting. We changed to this company about 5 years ago after using a different firm from Fayetteville and it was one of the best business decisions I have ever made. They are quick to respond to my email inquires, my monthly P&L's and check ledger is easy to read and understand. I value their guidance and now always speak to them for advice before I make any sizeable business expenditures. I recommend them highly for anyone who is seeking a very capable business accounting partner.

I went in to see if this firm could handle by company and personal tax needs. Additionally, I wanted to conduct an audit of some records and get an estimate for bookkeeping. I was handed off to a junior accountant (to remain nameless), that could not tell me what the bill rate was for services. When further asked about the ability to handle the account he could shed no light on an approach to rectify the accounts. He also said he would have to check with the boss since he did not know if they were accepting new clients. So in a nutshell unless you want poor service - no explanations - and the ability to talk with someone that cannot make decisions - go somewhere else. I have never been treated so poorly.
