We LOVE this realtor!!!! WHY? This realtor mapped out specific homes for our "narrow" search. This realtor "un-did" several of our winning offers, bcuz we realized we still were not at our goal for final home of our life. THIS realtor, always happily complied with our requests. This realtor, had no problem with LISTENING to what we wanted/ needed in our final home. This realtor, Danielle, WAS THERE FOR US!

I had the pleasure of working with Eric Cinnamon (an Adams Cameron realtor) on the purchase of my first house. He was available 24/7 to answer any question that I had as well as providing updates on the status of the properties I was looking. The best part of using Adams Cameron is that they only associate themselves with the most knowledgeable of people. There was an issue with a property that I worked with and Eric and a few of his colleagues got on a call with me and discussed the issue in terms that I was able to easily understand and to outline what my alternative options were. Overall, I would rate my experience a 10/10 working with Eric Cinnamon and Adams Cameron. I didn't even mention their affiliates that they also work with and were able to recommended an amazing surveyor, inspector, and lender. So the experience was really an 11/10!!

Overall happy with our experience. Joe Palmer & Eric Cinnamon complement each other. However, the last two times we tried to schedule a showing, we didn't get a response from Joe and Eric wasn't available until the following Monday, three days later. When we did get a chance to view the property and put in a bid on Monday, an accepted offer was already on the table. Asked to view another property Friday and Eric said he wasn't available until Monday. Didn't offer another agent to show the property. Ended up calling a different realtor and we are now closing on another property this week. Too bad. We purchased and sold three properties and wanted to keep going with them, but we are not chasing realtors just to view or put in an offer on a property.

Our recent experience with the sale of our Condo in the Towers at Ponce Inlet by Len Renaud at Adams-Cameron was excellent. Prior to Adams-Cameron we were listed with another Realtor for 18 months and had 2 showings and no offers. We listed in May 2016 and it was sold in September, 2016. Len's aggressive approach (Open houses and newspaper listings) and his attention and care of our Condo while we were gone during the summer was outstanding and greatly appreciated. We would recommend Len Renaud and Adams-Cameron to anyone selling their property. Mr. & Mrs. Joseph F. Emig
