I just witness one of your wards. . a Caucasian curly haired older man. Walk onto my parents driveway with my 10 or old and 4 yr old son's riding their scooters an them not being aware he was stalking them. I am also aware of an altercation that my kids witnessed yesterday on behalf of your wards.  Wards have been throwing empty alcoholic beverage trash on to my parents property for the 5 years the have lived there.. If anything should happen to my senior citizen parents and my special needs brother? Pointing your man flaws in policies will be the least an attorney will bring up in court. Zero review rating. Minus zero. My parents an their grandchildren are on high alert thanks to Adams community mental health's non sense of urgency..
