I love the people here but again color line is STILL not updated!!!!! When I call to ask the colors the receptionist tells me she can't do anything and to call back in an hr. I call back and wow magically the same exact person is now able to notify the nurse that the colors have not been updated. Again I've attempted to reach people and ask why it is not being maintained!? One day it's done at 4 or 5 am the next not don till 930! When USA can "be done" from 830 to 12 how is the first hour even possible? Again nothing against the staff here I absolutely enjoy my care there, but someone needs to do something about the color line

they're sincere & caring, but like all health care centers who accept medicaid & Medicare, they're very busy
