Dr. Adams was recommended to me by a woman in my Book Group,
her husband is a retired dentist. At our first visit I discovered he knew my 
former dentist and Father who too were in a family practice together.  

The professional skills, attitude and warmth of the staff was immediately observed.  Dr. Adams has set a standard of office efficiency, ease and well being. I feel both cared for and about.

I've been seeing doctor Adams since I was a kid, and he and his hygienists always do a spectacular and thorough job. Everyone in the office is warm and friendly, and will go the extra mile of cleaning my retainers while I'm having my teeth cleaned, giving me extra toothbrushes and floss gadgets, and communicating with the orthodontist when needed. Coming here growing up must be the reason I've never been afraid of the dentist... and actually look forward to it.

Staff is great and Dr. Todd is fantastic.  Very personable.  Speaks directly to the kids when they're the patients, not to the parents.

Perfectly wonderful!  I knew what was happening the whole time, Dr, Adams and his assistant are so friendly and professional.  Perfect dental care with a perfect attitude.  I love going there!

No PATIENT PRIVACY! Micro offices allow patients to overhear everything from the staff gossiping at the reception desk to the gory details of the patients' procedure in the next room. In my opinion my experiences with the hygienists were oddly unprofessional. One hygenist told me to use the suction wand on myself (impossible) & did not use any suction on my during the cleaning. The other HYGIENIST gave me procaine injections which the Dr. should have done. The second time Hygenist Helen injected me w/ procaine, she told me to open wider so the drug will work faster. 10-seconds later, my head was swimming and the opposite side of my face was numb. Seeing double with my left eye, I made noise & waved my hands. She kept injecting. I had to sit up! She rolled her eyes & sighed loudly indicating I was being a nuisance.
Dr. Adams came in & informed me; "You're just claustrophobic. There's nothing wrong with Helen's injection...you're anxious." I told both of them (the entire office, really) I was: "... high & having trouble seeing. I'm a former bartender and am familiar with the process. Didn't think I should drive..." Dr. Adams insisted it was all in my mind! He left & Helen then tried to inject me with something else! She gave me attitude for saying: "...NO THANKS---no mixing drugs!"  Gave me a rough time finishing the cleaning. I had to go have coffee for an hour next door before I could drive. Never again. It's a Little Shop Of Horrors
