This is the most disrespectful business I had ever experience at age 46. Ever. Lack communication and customer service. Rude without even trying. As I sat and wait I realized its a learned behavior from their customers. 
My mom decided to pick my twelve year daughter up from school for me and go get her nails done. First time getting her nails done with her grandma. I met them there after work. Its 5:45 and the grandma acknowledged her technician. She explains she wanted a pedi and last visit he installed her acrylics too thick. If her nails weren't sore she would try again but thinner. He responds "Customers come in and I do nails thin they don't want thin so I do this ...I do for you thick...now they don't like thick..." He walks out with arms thrown up not finishing the communication. I was confused with one: what about what SHE WANTED why he comparing to other customers? and two: WHY HE WALKED AWAY? 
She didn't even get to explain her granddaughter is there for a medi. When he returned he says he have a customer waiting on him and why didn't she call? There was another lady waiting on him (a walk in as well with her little girl) they just wanted pedi. He continues and say maybe another person an do the pedi for one of you. Then asks the other lady if she want to come back tomorrow. Okay CLEARLY. He isn't trying to do all four but he DIDN'T SAY THIS. 
Make a long story short because I have to write another review for BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. We waited until 7:15 because my mom and I were playing catch up with our talking but watching the technicians and service. My daughter was sleep in my lap. By this time, I had to initiate the conversation because it wasn't going to happen with them. I politely explained in detail why we were there and repeated the little conversations we had....WHEN are you taking my mom and daughter??? They began to speak amongst themselves in their language. Rude, the answer was when the requested tech and his wife are done. A customer was next and the wife technician we were referred to by this time violently pat her arm saying "you ready ,,,,you ready?" As the customer was speaking to US "You guys can go ahead". The technician was not acknowledging us. No eye contact. I spoke, "SO,.....are you refusing our service?" I said this again "Are you guys refusing our service after waiting since daylight?" The lady technician looks up and nods her head yes. The men didn't speak they stayed buried in their clients nails.
 NEEEEEVER been rejected. I was dressed in my work attire and my mom dressed decent blazer and pant jumpsuit. We spoke in no angry tone. I say this because we arrived for service and polite and wanted the same in return. THIS is why I am taking the time to write a complaint. They treated people who had patience and kindness with DISRESPECT. A few customers walked in loud.... clothes and mouth and their kids playing in their shop as if it was a playground. EVERYBODY that was getting serviced knew we were not being served and probably wondering why not, as well as we were? I HOPE FOLKS DO NOT GO HERE FOR THEIR NAIL AND FEET CARE. ITS NOT WORTH IT. THEY ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS THIS WAY WITH NO IMPROVEMENT.  THEY TREAT YOU LIKE 'SOME' OF THE NASTY CUSTOMERS THEY SERVE. 
LONG AGO, I HAD LASHES INSTALLED. I REQUEST ITS MY FIRST TIME SO PLEASE DO NOT MAKE IT THICK. HE MADE THEM THICK ANYWAYS AND WASN'T APOLOGETIC ABOUT IT.  I WAS HIGHLY UPSET. I COULDN'T WAIT TO GO HOME AND WRTIE MY COMPLAINTS. I am almost positive we were not the only ones they refused. I told my daughter who wasn't upset. We are humbled, laid back folks. "Its okay, we are going to take grandma where we go to get pampered and the whole staff greet you at the door and where her tip will bless those that DESERVE it"
