From the isor it used to be on Silver Hill Road, the property look has improved. As far as the renovations, I hope that the concerns regarding ways to enhance the apartment homes are addressed. The property management is great for dealing with issues they receive. I give candid reviews in order for the team to learn from the events or issues we have as tenants. The maintenance supervisor is phenomenal and has treated my service request within a few hours of when I submit them.The current property manager is willing to listen to concerns that tenant have to make this a great place to live. Hopefully some of the suggestions I've made come to fruition with the property.

My lease was up Jan 31, 2018. I stayed there for one year. I have read majority of the reviews and I can disagree. The rental office is very helpful, nice, kind, and pleasant. I’m not sure as to why others feel different, but maybe if you bring bad energy, you receive bad energy. However, I have NEVER seen any roaches nor mice 🐁. NEVER seen any mice poop either. If you have clean neighbors and a clean house, you won’t have those issues. Nevertheless, my neighbor had animals, two. I rarely heard them bark, we respected one another in my building and made sure we mind our own business. My opinion is if you and your neighbors are clean and keep the mice and roaches out, you won’t have those issues. You all should operate as a team throughout your units. It’s called having a strategy. Again, my stay was wonderful. I CAN NOT complain one bit. Maintenance did their job and the manager and leasing agents had my back. They work with you on your rental issues (if there are any of course), listen to your concerns, and give advice if asked regarding to housing situations.

My experience with Ms. Bernadine was no short of amazing! She really went above and beyond to assist me in my leasing process. Honestly I felt like I was her only guest but the rate these Lincoln floor plans are leasing and supply is in short demand I know she's a busy lady! Thank you for helping me find my new home while I save to buy.

I have been living here for close to a year now and I have not had anything to complain about. Please do take in to consideration that I am a young teacher with no children, so I am not home as much as other reviewers may be. I literally always have parking where ever I need it, maintenance request are done quickly and efficiently, my neighbors are really kind and thoughtful. New management took over several months ago and have been more present with maintaining a positive, clean and safe culture in the entire complex. Now, Ms. Bernadine in the leasing office has been exceptionally helpful! She has aided me in a variety of issues and does everything quickly and efficiently! I would (and already have) recommended this complex.

I went to the leasing office at Residence at Silver Hill to inquire about available apartments. I met with a Bernadette. Bernadette at first seemed very polite and informative but it turned out to be a facade. After seeing the new renovations I immediately was interested in the apartment. I paid the application fee and the holding deposit. I was promised that I would get the holding deposit back if I decided not to get the apartment. Bernadette commenced to tell me about the affordable prices of the unit, but after looking at the list of monthly bills I would have to pay I realized I was misguided by Bernadette. Also, During our conversation I witnessed a resident talking to the police because her car was broken into. The resident was complaining because this was the second time her car was broken into. She was trying to get the police officer to take a look at the security cameras but no one in the leasing office knew how to access the cameras. Bernadette and the other employees were extremely rude and lacked any sympathy for the women. In addition, I saw many things that made me realize that the front office was not professional and did not want to do their job. After realizing this, I changed my mine and decided to go to another apartment complex. After telling Benrdatte I decided to move with another choice, she refused to give me my holding deposit of 100 dollars back. I called corporate office and Daniel blatantly told me that there was no way I would get the deposit back. Her excuse was that I did an online application, when in actuality I did an in person application. She also said that Benadette told her I ask after 74 hours when I clearly asked for my money back within a day. This establishment is disrespectful, unprofessional and callous.
