Adept Physical Therapy is by far the best rehab facility I’ve worked with. I had a reverse total shoulder replacement several months ago and both Gary Lin and Daniel worked one on one with me throughout several sessions. They vastly increased my range of motion, taking into account the need to protect this kind of replacement. And they also improved my arm strength, helping me learn to use the muscles between my shoulder blades during the exercises. I am now starting a course of treatment for some compromised discs in my mid-back which have caused me pain and limitation of movement for several months. I look forward to lessening the pain and increasing mobility in that part of my body as well. Adriana, the patient advocate who runs the front office, is delightful, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Adept as your place for physical therapy.

I've had 5 courses of physical therapy over the past 15 years, and Gary is the most skilled and knowledgeable PT I've worked with. I'm impressed with his subtle knowledge of anatomy and his awareness of how health status and previous treatment affect recovery. His practice is small, and is as far from one of those high-volume PT mills as you can get. I recommend him enthusiastically.

This is a great place to get fixed. I injured my hip in a bike accident and the orthopedist couldn’t figure out what was wrong even after an X-ray and MRI. In fact, he thought it was a lower back problem. So he sent me to Adept to work on strengthening my lower back. Gary spent an hour with me the first day examining me and figured out the problem had nothing to do with my back. When I rammed the pole with the right side of my body, my hip got pushed out of alignment at the SI joint. Gary popped it back into place giving me significant and immediate relief. 

We then spent the next month working on the piriformis muscles to keep my hips aligned. They clearly demonstrated and had me practice the necessary exercises on site, and I did them at home checking in a couple of times the first week then 4 more times over the next month. I’ve “graduated” today pain-free and I’m glad I came to Adept. 

PS The other PT, Daniel, is great too. I worked with him several times.

I was referred to Gary Lin after foot surgery 7 years ago and he was so attentive and thorough that I wanted him to be my rehab therapist after ankle surgery this year.  Gary has an excellent bedside manner, very friendly and calm.  He is also extremely skilled at his job.  This new location is a large and airy space with plenty of room to perform different exercises.   Gary paced me through the rehab process and provided the perfect balance between pushing me a little in order to strengthen and regain range of motion -- but also always cautioning not to overdo it.   I really like that he empathizes strengthening the whole body, especially after being in a cast and sitting for almost 2 months!!  He is also very responsive to email questions and provides a portal so that all exercises can be viewed online. The practice is also helped by Adriana, Gary's sunny and welcoming wife, who goes out of her way  to accommodate patients' needs.  All in all, I can't imagine going anywhere else.  The care here is excellent!

This place is AMAZING!! The office is beautiful and the service is great! Right when you walk in, you feel relaxed and very happy. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Overall amazing 11/10 experience, would highly recommend.
