Came all the way from golden just to find out store was closed for the week. Website said it was open. Would've been nice to know before I left the house.

I've spent thousands of dollars at this store. Went in on 2/4/2017 to return an online purchase, like I have done many times in the past, and they refused the return. They said they didn't do returns for online sales. I explained to them that I've done it in the past without any grief and they said oh well. I pulled up their website and showed them the policy that clearly states online sales can be returned in store. Still refused and wouldn't give me DM number. Bunch of employees standing around on their phones. Sad. Past three months or so people have been unfriendly and on their phones. Much better in the past. Guess I'll be taking my business elswhere.

Wanted to do a return. For some reason, a big company like that can't look up purchases with the credit card you used. I bought a pair of pants a week ago and they won't return them without a receipt. Even target can look up purchases as long as you have the card you bought it with. Get with the times Adidas!!!
