Terrible costumer service, the girl in the cash register very rud, disrespectful. The manager should be more professional. The store is great, but I'm a witness that they take off the prices in your face saying is a mistake should respect the price insted say is a mistake.

Terrible!  Poor selection. The staff was worse: rude, not helpful, disrespectful. Never should you go there.  Go to a Columbia store with nice associates instead.

Person who check out today, he is so rude. They marked down boots price which I am going to buy. But he keep telling that price they put on the shoes are mistake or something. I could give him big 0. They suppose to sell that price which marked on the product.  Other stores they always adjust those price because they did mistake

Favored outlet store here at castle rock. Purchased two pairs of trail running shoes for under 100 and got a free backpack valued at 60 because of the sale that day.
