I am very satisfied with this agency. Very assertive on their suggestions about flights connections as well as pricing. I use to believe we can get better pricing going thru web sites, but after my last experience I learned the hard way, because end up costing me more. If for whatever reason, (Weather, airplane malfunction etc etc) if you book from travel agent or airlines they can book you in an another plane or they tace care of you, but if you booked on line you get stranded at the airport until they get you another flight. hope this help you save you hours waiting at the airport.

My family booked a trip to Maui so that we could attend a wedding. We received a 5 star vacation for a 2 star price! Diane is the best! She worked with us to find the right arrangements. It was by far the best trip we have taken. I will continue to book through Admiral.
