I've been buying for more than 5years and never had a problem, especially when they tell you the date and time you are buying the tickets, and they make you  sign the that you understood, so there is no room for error, I just had to post this because I'm a loyal customer and would never go to any other place.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!! Avoid this place!!!!! They made a mistake with my reservation and I had to pay $400 extra at the airport to fix it. I called them to tell them and they denied that THEY made a mistake. Trying to do too many things at once (answer phones, trying to get the other customers not to leave, faxing over docs, and helping me). Made a mistake with the name on the reservation, but luckily I caught that, if not, that was probably going to cost me another $400. 

I will NEVER EVER go there again. I was better off reserving my own flight online.

Very good prices, cheaper than online! They're very knowledgeable, and they'll advise you on any questions you may have.

Muy buenos precios, mas barato que por internet! Saben muy bien su negocio, le recomiendan lo que es mejor para ahorrar dinero, y le ayudan con cualquier pregunta que tenga.
