I scheduled a massage here for my fiancee as a gift for Mother's day. Even spoke with a woman over the phone about the appointment. I think, "Awesome,  she'll be really surprised about this. Go me." 

Fast forward 3 days to the date of the appointment and my fiancee showed up right on time to a locked door. We both tried calling and after about 10 minutes past her scheduled appointment time she left. I can't recommend this place and definitely won't be attempting to do business with them again.

Seriously can not say enough for this place! It's in the Viking Square Professional & Medical Building, so don't be fooled...it's there! The owner is the absolute kindest person I have ever received a massage from. She was attentive and sensitive to my trouble spots and demonstrated a deep knowledge for massage techniques. She wanted me to leave feeling like a new person, and I truly did! Absolutely relaxing and therapeutic. I loved my experience here and I will be back.

I enjoy coming in weekly, girls provide great service and rooms are private and cozy. I would recommend to anybody looking for hidden gems.

Great massage!  Very skilled masseuses.  Small facility, but well kept.  I love it that it has its own private parking.

I typically go to Heavenly Massage in Gurnee, but that can be hit or miss, but from now on I will be coming here. The exterior of the building is misleading as it is going throufh renovations, but the interior is beautiful. The unit space appears small, but the rooms are larger and luxurious. 

The massage therapists are WONDERFUL. I had Larissa as a masseuse and she was incredible. She was very attentive to my sore muscles, even asked permission to massage my feet and chest. She was incredibly kind and vibrant, all while accommodating my request for deeper pressure on some areas and less pressure on others. I had the Swedish Massage with Hot Stone therapy and she frequently asked if it was too hot for me and offered to let stones cool if the temperature was too much (which it wasn't). 

My friend had her first ever massage her and the woman who worked on her actually put my friend to sleep, so you know she enjoyed herself. 

The manager was very polite and nice, we all got to know each other as we were leaving. One thing I really appreciate is that no one stands over your shoulder when you are going to tip  (you can do a pre-calculated percentage tip on your card i.e. 15% + the cost of service), or you can tip in cash. 

Overall, I'll be coming here as a regular. The girls are lovely, the space is warm and inviting and I can't see myself going anywhere else. The prices are reasonable as well, and for someone like me who works Fire/EMS, I need a good place that is both kind to my muscles AND my wallet.
