I had the best experience at Q nails. Wendy was fantastic! She was so kind and we had great conversation the entire time. She did an excellent job on my no chip manicure. I will definitely go back. I've never been in a better salon with a more relaxing atmosphere.

Friendly staff, but they must understand that gloves are considered personal protective equipment and should not be used over and over between clients. The technician's gloves were so worn down that they were falling off of her hands and stretchy. She only changed them when she realized that they were in horrible condition. Disposable gloves are just that.... DISPOSABLE. Increase the sanitation standards. I cannot return because I am not sure about what else is substandard behind the scenes.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!! I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST HERE AND WILL NEVER RETURN!!!! I would rate them a ZERO Stars if I could... On January 01, 2017 I called to find out if by chance Q Nails would be open for service that day. I was advised over the phone that they were in fact open, but would be closing early due to the holiday. They then advised me that they were not taking appointments though and would only be accepting walk-ins. I was very surprised and excited to hear that they were open and advised them that I was on my way. About 15 minutes later as I parked my car in the lot, I noticed a group of women congregating. Many of them were actually leaving as they already received service. When I got out of the car, one of the women saw me walking towards the salon and asked the other ladies if they had appointments. They responded to her with a simple “Yes”. Mind you, I spoke with the salon prior to leaving my home and was advised that there were no appointments allowed for the day. The woman then said “Well, I don’t have an appointment, so I am going in.” I then entered the salon after her only. This is when the PROBLEM started. When I entered the salon, there were only people working. The first woman who walked in right before me was acknowledged and asked what she would like to have done. Then she was advised to pick a polish. I, standing behind the woman waited to be addressed which Never Happened! I then advised the woman working that I too would like a full set and she then told me that she would not be able to do my nails because the woman was with a group. I advised the staff member that I called ahead and was told that there are no appointments and only walk-ins. I also advise her that the woman was the only one who walked in before me therefore I should be served because walk-ins are first come first serve basis. I let her know that the woman asked the other ladies outside if they had appointments and they told her Yes, when in fact they didn’t. As I was explaining this, the other ladies then walked in the salon. The staff member said that the lady’s (who just walked-in) sister just left the salon and that she was coming to get her nails done now. I reminded her that there were supposedly no appointments and emphasized that I was the second person in the door and the only person in the salon other than the first woman for minutes prior to this group walked in and insisted that I be serviced. To end a long story, I was DENIED service and told “Come back tomorrow”. I was livid and honestly felt discriminated against. Now, whether it was regarding race, or the potential amount of money to “missed” if she broke up a group of ladies who came in after me due to lack of time to service everyone before closing, I don’t know. What I do know is that I will NEVER give my hard earned money to this salon and encourage all of you to BEWARE!!!

It's so unfortunate that the customer service is so poor. The technicians are amazing, but the owner really needs to learn diplomacy and tact when it comes to speaking to and around his customers. While it's definitely advantageous to make advanced appointments, this nail salon allows walk-ins. To talk about people blatantly in the open because they don't have appointments is not only rude but wrong! Furthermore, people who had appointments were not even being honored. Quite Nails, you run your business poorly and you're extremely rude!!!! I won't be back!!!
