Adrianne did a great job of helping us get the engagement ring of our dreams! She was very careful about getting just what we wanted and not trying to up-sell us for things we didn't want. She was always fast to respond to any questions we had and willing to help us in any way possible. We had a great time selecting our engagement ring and Adrianne did a fantastic job of giving us the information we asked for and giving insight into the different thing we needed to consider. Overall we had a great experience!

I have been in the store twice and both times I have had an excellent experience! The owner and staff have gone out of their way to help me. I have shopped at jewelry chain stores in the mall and they don't come close to the quality of the jewelry, service or experience you receive here. This has by far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend to shop here over other stores. You will not find better! With the holidays coming up, definitely make sure to visit this store first. You will find something for everyone and no one will leave disappointed.

Adrianne has wonderfully elegant and unusal pieces that you cannot find anywhere else. She also works diligently to find just the right design for custom jewelry.  I love going into the store but it is dangerous as I always find something else to buy!

Adrianne Kahn and her associates are excellent at getting to know their clients - knowing their likes and preferences and suggesting pieces that really suit them.

Everyone is treated with great respect and all tastes and opinions are honored.  Something I value.

They become friends and family, not just a jeweler.  I have had them repair/enhance many family heirlooms with wonderful results each time. If I am displeased in any way, it is rectified.

They have won me over as my jeweler of choice!

I received an heirloom ring right after my husband and I retired back to my hometown of Hot Springs. My aunt had a ‘60’s dinner ring made wth my Grandmother’s diamonds. I loved the ring but not the dated setting. So it sat in my safety deposit box for eight years. I asked my twin what I should do with it and she said take it to our friend Adrianne Kahn. I’m so glad I did because now I have a beautiful contemporary ring to pass on to my granddaughter thanks to Adrianne Kahn Fine Jewelry & Design.
