Staff is lost and has no knowledge of anything auto related. The store is always in a mess. I will just take the extra time to go down the street to another parts store. I would suggest you do the same before you have to make numerous trips to get the right parts. Useless is how i describe this place and its employees.

Had a bad battery purchase a little over a year ago. Went to have Advance check it out. They came up with the same conclusion bad battery. Within 30 minutes I was on my way with a brand new battery under there warranty.
