Awesome service! I got in a jam Sunday/New Years Eve trying to mount new solid tires on my wheelchair. This was the only shop open. This shop spent an hour mounting tires. Handicap friendly!

Purchased a Fuji Tread 1.5. Over the course of several days popping in to discuss my purchase I think I must have met just about everybody who works there. Everyone was excellent, great customer service. Ryan did a fantastic job of boxing up the bike for my trip to NZ - arrived in perfect condition after being carted around on three separate flights to get there. Very pleased!

My son broke his bike. I took it into Performance Bicycle for repair. We are NOT the kind of people who buy a $5000 bike and ride the mountains. This is a cheap Walmart bike. The staff was very friendly. They replaced the broken derailer and adjusted it so it would work properly (it never worked right before). They then checked the bike over to make sure everything was in good working order. While I can't afford those expensive bikes, I definitely would use their repair services again.

THE best customer service ! THE best selection ! THE best experience I've had in a while. Special thanks to Brad and Cisco two managers that went above and beyond to help fit me into the bike best suited for me. Go buy some bikes from these guys ! You won't be disappointed. Plenty of accessories bike racks for your car. Summer is here ride today.
