They apparently don't install headlights even for physically disabled customers. Every other advanced auto I've been to does. Won't be coming back here, but hey! I learned how to install a headlight bulb from a wheelchair tonight.

Store is OK. I only go their for small items though, like wiper blades, fuel additives, and the occasional battery. No issues. Install some items for free.

Very bad customer service , if you don't want to answer my question or help me find my parts why bother answer the call ? I called and after few seconds someone answered the phone and I said I am looking for a part for my car and before I finished he said he is gonna put me on hold for two seconds i waited for five minutes before another idiot answered the phone and before me saying anything he said he is gonna put me on hold again which took fifteen minutes until I hung up . Just go to another store they are many around .

I will never come to this store again , the customer service was awful !!! The store open very late today, we had to wait outside for long time. The register wasn't open yet and when I was in about to make a purchase they said the accept only cash ,they did't tell me that in the beginning. So I had to run to ATM to get cash and I was to late to my job because of somebody was late to their job !!!!
