Walked in and asked one of the guys where they kept the RTV and things of that nature, he started smiling and whent up to a group of employee's. He was basicaly pointing out the fact that I had just asked for something and made it seem like I just made it up. Eventually a nice fellow came and walked me to where I needed to be... This is not the only not so good experience I've had there. Every time I go in its always something with these people.. But I can go to AutoZone which is basically next door and be treated like a highly valued customer.
