I just purchased a flat screen TV and had it delivered to my home... The delivery guys were amazing very well mannered and took great care to make sure my merchandise was brought in properly... Great place to build credit and they have recently hired a whole new staff who are amazing and display excellent customer service.... Can't wait until they deliver my new couch next week...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE  at the store and corporate level. 
The store management  lacks the skills to understand and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.

The employees here are a joke. They are the sorriest excuse for customer service I have ever seen. I bought a sectional couch a little over a year ago, and the pull cord for one of the recliners broke back in December. After weeks of going back and forth with them, they finally replaced it. The same pull cord is breaking again, except this time they tell me that there's nothing they can do about it. So, not only are the employees and the customer service absolutely terrible, the products they sell are cheap and poorly made. The employee that I spoke to this time informed me that she was the one who originally sold me the couch and she had to be a smarta** and say that she tried to get me to purchase the extended warranty. I will never do business here again and I advise anyone else to do the same. I actually give them 0 stars.
