Bought a cabin filter and had to order it. Was assured it would be in two days. Asked for notice before driving out was assured it was gauranteed to be there.  Guess what. Got there and it wasnt there.  Was told come back tomorrow, we will order a new one.  But it’s more expensive. Asked for them to adjust price $1.80 to make up for their mistake and my wasted time.  Response was you can talk to the manager David Wilkins which wasn’t there.  Poor reason to lose a lifetime customer who just spent $200 plus on a optimal battery, blades and a never received air filter. Word of advise for Shiv which was working at the counter,  customer loyalty is worth more than $1.80....make it right.
