Came for tire rotation. They took two tires off. Kept the car for 2h in the garage, then came back to tell me they cannot do the rotation as the tires are too old and suggested I buy new ones for $700. 2h wait time to tell me the tires are old?  I just moved here. I was looking for a place I can trust, place that provides good service and respects my time. I need to find different place to spend my money in the future.

Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable.They tell you what needs to be fixed.  I highly recommend bringing your own car in for honest great service and attention.

Tried to take my car in for oil change, rotation and alignment check at another firestone, but they were too busy. Called up and was able to drop off with no issues. As with all shops, I received a call with upsells, but they weren't pushy about it. Oil change and all was done in a few hours and I was on my way.

I found out I had something wrong with my tire about 30 minutes before the shop was closing. I brought my car in and they were able to take care of it right away for me.

Wonderful customer service.  Clean.  Free wifi.  Nobody is trying to sell you something that doesn't need to be done immediately.  Hands down the best place I have been to for my car.  Will not go anywhere else from now on.  Loved my experience.
