I'd give this place a lower rating if I could. I came in and asked for headlights for my car, based on their system/employee recommendation and bought the ones I was told I needed. Turns out there are two different kinds, but when I tried to return the ones they told me to get I was essentially told it was my fault for trusting them and had to eat the cost. They'd rather lose a customer than make it right.

Had the part that I needed but my brother had to tell  the employees what we needed. If my brother wasn't there, I would have bought the wrong item.

Incredibly annoyed, i tried to call before going there to ensure they had what i needed.  I was left on hold for 15 minutes.  Hung up and called the advanced in a neighboring town with no issue, and got through to their competitor with no issue.  Based on this experience alone, i wont go there.

Ralph at this Advance auto is the BEST! Knows his stuff and has been there a while. Always a smile and never "cracks your corns" on cash register specials!!
