Went to another Town Fair Tire store in my neighborhood to buy 4 tires and get the 4 wheel alignment. The staff was courteous and friendly, but the alignment tech did not have the expertise to fully adjust my model car and sent me on my way with a less than perfect alignment. Called my mechanic who suggested the North Haven store because he knew the alignment tech, Tito,  had the ability to work it out. My mechanic then called Dave and set me up. North Haven was able to work with my mechanic over the phone to get the adjustments right. Took a while, but now it tracks better than I remember! Special thanks to Dave, Josh and Tito for going above and beyond!!

Quoted $270 for two front tires, but I went down the street to tire express, and they quoted me $150! Save your money and go somewhere else

Excellent service! When I needed new tires, and they were able to handle me quickly, and worked with me to get me the best offer they could on what I needed. The staff I worked with were professional and extremely helpful. I'll be back for future needs for sure!

Great experience, friendly and helpful. They didn't try to high pressure upsell me anything, or chastise me for driving on a bad tire. (I'm usually expecting that when it comes to car service, because it happens all the time.)

They sold me only what I needed and got my tires changed quickly. Helpful to call ahead and make an appointment, they did accommodate me the same day I called.

Been there a few times getting tires plugged etc. They are always polite and get the job done pretty fast. It's hard to find good service these days but I highly suggest North Haven Town Fair!
