We had our Mercedes Sprinter repaired by Advanced Collision and they did a great job. The middle panel on the driver side had to be replaced. The paint job is very good. The van was clean and in great shape when we picked it up. I really appreciated Abraham working as our contact person with Advanced.

I came to the Advanced Collision Center after a terrible experience at a body shop recommended by my insurance company. Body work that should have taken one week took months, was very poorly done, and the shop managed to create more problems. Advanced Collision was tasked with repairing their poor work and keeping a very frustrated client happy - they managed to do both incredibly well. From my first conversation with Abraham, I felt comforted and supported. I was included in the process and kept updated of progress. At every turn they went above and beyond. Anyone who has been in an accident knows the anxiety of dealing with a body shop, which is made worse when the work is not done right and you feel taken advantage of. The entire team at Advance Collision were considerate, professional, efficient, and committed to excellence. Although I pray I never need them again, I'm very glad I found the folks at Advance Collision. Thank you!

My 2008 Nissan Rogue was involved in a rear-ending and the bumper was pretty banged up. Advanced Collision Center got my car in on the same day the damage was appraised and started work immediately -- wow, was totally not expecting that. Abraham handled the check-in process and updates in a professional and kind way.  He explained the entire repair process and called with check-ups.  He even emailed a picture of my repaired front bumper, which was involved in a previous incident, and they touched it up for free!!!  Got my car back two days later, very satisfied.  No one likes an accident, but if it happens again, I will continue to bring my car here.  Awesome service, quality staff and easy to find location.
