Took my car in just to get my new tires mounted and balanced. They over torqued all my lug nuts, stripping a few of my wheel studs. They also incorrectly mounted two of my new tires (asymmetrical). I have two inside markings facing outside. These guys DO NOT know what they are doing. Price was good, but their "work" caused me to spend much more repairing it myself. Do not go here unless you're willing to supervise the repairs yourself.

My wife recently went to get a front wheel alignment for her car, and they reasonably had the car set up efficiently and finished. However, quickly she noticed the steering was off center, and wasn't improved. The print out shows that it was corrected, so I guess its "ok" driving it. However soon after she left the shop she noticed the steering was off center (by a lot). They told her it was because her car was old and had over 244,000 miles, and would cost more to be fixed. This is nonsense because the reason why I needed an alignment is because I replaced the control arms and tie-rods on the "old" car. To me it seemed that they were trying to lure my wife to paying for repairs I already did. I regret recommending this shop to my wife, and have recently got the alignment corrected properly elsewhere.

Failed my car safety inspection because of dirt accumulation around the CV boot. They wanted the whole shaft replaced. The CV joint isn't even worn...so all it really needed is a boot. What a rip off. Mind u the CV joint isn't worn or loose. Closer inspection revealed that boot isn't cracked or anything. It was just external grease from a previous job. Don't go here, I really thought twice about going here--- I guess u shouldn't have come at all.

This place scams you. This guy name Abdul did my car inspection and it did not pass due to seatbelt issues. I totally agree with that, however, when I got it fixed and came back to to see him, which they give you 30 days or 1000 miles, the guy went to vacation for a month. So a new inspector names Sam was there. They wanted me to do it all over again. Please do NOT go here to do get any service done. You will save yourself a lot of headache, money, and time.
