Avoid scheduling an appointment with Dr. Schiff. He will NOT provide you with the care you need and will disregard any of your concerns. He provides NO explanations for any "diagnosis." He's in and out of your exam room within 5 minutes of seeing you. All and all he does NOT care about his patients. I am not the only one who has a problem with him and who's run out screaming. Example: I have a girlfriend who saw him and she left his office crying due to his unprofessional behavior and attitude.

Visit for a body scan. The nurse said the doctor would be in soon. I had to ask for a coverup when she told me to remove my clothes. The doctor was in and out. I mentioned this to the doctor and he said they must have been out of robes. No apology. Next visit I was given a blue pad and told to hold that over my lap. Both times it was cold as was the staff. I had a different visit and was told that Dr Schiff was in Coral Springs that day and they had made a mistake, since I was at the Boca Raton location. No apology. I did see another Doctor and she was just being courteous, but did nothing. I have several Dermatologists less than the 1/2 hour drive where I can be treated just as shabbily.

I love this place! I was treated like royalty from the moment I walked in the door. Not only did Dr. Klem do an amazing job with my Juvederm, she also had a great bedside manner and a sense of humor. The entire experience was better than I could have ever imagined. I wish I would have found her sooner!

Dr klem took a sample of an area to check for cancer. They had the receptionist call me with the results claiming it was a "pre cancer" but not to worry dr klem removed all of it no check up in a few months or anything. Well... Guess what SHE DID NOT remove all of it. Figures she more interested in cosmetic procedures you can tell how much more freaky she has looked lately. I went to Rendon dermatology center in east Boca they actually treat me like a human. Thanks for nothing advanced dermatology! Their receptionists are rude and like to accuse people of owning money when THEY owe you money! Carefully watch how they charge you.
